To help you register for MIST, we have created a MIST Made Easy checklist.
Each team registering will need the following:
- Student Registration Form
- Coach Registration Form
- Team Signup Sheet
- Fee Calculation Sheet To be turned in with the Team Signup Sheet
- Complete List of Team Participants
- Parent Permission Letter: Used for students who want to join MIST but do not have an MSA and must represent their school unofficially.
- School Permission Letter: Students must print this letter and have their coach sign it and show it to the school's principal or assistant principal for approval. This letter will also help your team get transportation from the school to the tournament.
Guests should use the Student Registration Form and indicate that they are non-competitors.
